Apple Watch Series 7 has a more curved design than previous Apple Watch models. It's not as clear unless you're comparing Apple Watch 7 and Apple Watch 6 side by side.
The Apple Watch 7 display is the most significant enhancement, making it the greatest Apple Watch yet. Apple hasn't altered the display boundaries of the Apple Watch in years. The Apple Watch 7's display is 20% larger than the Apple Watch 6. Even though the chassis size hasn't changed, the Apple Watch looks bigger with a small 1.7mm bezel. It appears to make greater use of screen real space than the Galaxy Watch 4.
The Galaxy Watch 4 comes in two different designs. First, the sporty-looking Galaxy Watch 4 serves as the company's flagship and a successor to the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. Second, the 'Classic' version keeps the sumptuous features of last year's Samsung Galaxy Watch 3. The Classic model resembles a classic timepiece and provides an excellent blend of fashion and function.

Compared to the Apple Watch 7, the Galaxy Watch 4 has a few more unique features. Body composition analysis using BIA is one of them. It is better to sleep tracking with more frequent nocturnal blood oxygen readings.
Both smartwatches will receive software upgrades in the future. The Apple Watch 7 comes preloaded with watchOS 8, which includes more texting capabilities, many timers, and a Mindfulness app. One piece of software is exclusive to the Apple Watch 7, and it's something we've wanted for a long time.
